    You can access and edit your profile settings by clicking on “Edit Profile” found under your profile picture. If you have forgotten your password or would like to reset it, click here.

  • Do you have a Yroo mobile app? Where can I download it?

    Yes! The Yroo mobile app is available through the Play Store or the App Store acting as your personal, unbiased tool to compare product prices while shopping in store.

    We require that you ship to any one of our country specific catalogs. Your product images must be a minimum of 464 x 464 pixels to encourage higher engagement with your products.

Shopify FAQs

  • How soon after downloading the Shopify app will my products be available on Yroo?

    Once you’ve installed the Yroo Shopify app, our team takes it from there! We’ll automatically sync to your Shopify store and import your products to your new storefront on Yroo.

  • Will I be charged when I download Yroo Shopify app?

    Nope! During installation you will be asked to approve a recurring charge, which simply allows us to charge you once your free trial has ended.

  • How do I redeem my Shopify store credits?

    You can easily claim your credits through our app within your Shopify store by clicking the button on the bottom right-hand side of your dashboard.

  • Can I cancel my account at any time?

    If you no longer wish to list your products with us, simply click ‘uninstall’ from within the Shopify app dashboard.
